Leftover lunch
Lunch today at the refugee centre was mostly leftovers from yesterday’s big meal. We had a new person with no English, so Sidigeh spoke ‘crochet’ with her. I helped Fatima finish a hat for her grandson.
Last evening D went for the first time to a philosophy discussion group at the library; the topic was Karl Popper. He’s reading ‘Act of Oblivion’ by Robert Harris, which I just finished. It’s good.
