Sheltering?

I was very surprised to see this rose still in one piece after last nights horrendous wind and rain as Gabrielle continued to make her presence felt. A lot of large trees came down around town during the night but thankfully nobody was hurt. We have escaped very lightly but many areas of the North Island have been devastated. It is heartbreaking to see. Fortunately in Hamilton tonight. No cell phone or internet at home.
