yesterday

had a good ole day at work.. perfect weather .. a steady day ... and another muscle strain or something of that ilk on my right leg.. so the sweet temptress pain held my hand all day... ali broke out the big guns in pill form when i got home... yeah they worked..everything faded away into the distance ..havnt felt that mellow in ages. Really could have done with that during the day though..our team done good,, including our own master of disaster shift manager and sidekick calamity stephen.. my team mate in the yard was bill..who`s ex SAS,, and true to form..like the SAS he was damn hard to find.. !!lol.... like Bill ,, hes funny as hell
