Tiny Tuesday: Valentine Flower

This tiny flower (about 1cm across) is part of a bouquet given by our son to our Daughter-in-Law for Valentine's Day.

It seemed an appropriate subject for today's macro blip, focussed on the tip of the stamen.

This is our last full day here: tomorrow evening (Wednesday) we board our flight back to the UK. We won't want to say goodbye - not only to our son & DiL but also to our gorgeous new grandson - and granddog Oona of course! Oona will wonder where we are after we leave!
