Almost meatloaf

I finally managed to put all the ingredients together for my meatloaf today.  This time I added some sweet potato to the zucchini, eggplant and ground turkey.  It made so much that I had to put it into a pan that wouldn't fit into the toaster oven, but since there are no longer any pans living in the real oven I was able to use a bigger one.  This will make eight servings, rather than the usual six.  

Tomorrow I go to the Senior Center for footcare.  Lex is still staying at Sarah's house helping out with little Levi, who sleeps all day and then is fussy at night.  But he is a sweetie, I'm told.
