Peak Snowdrop

Spring is gently unfolding....the Snowdrops and Early Crocus are more-or-less at their peak of perfection, and will soon be followed by Hellebores and Daffodils. The first few Common Frogs have arrived back at the ponds - their spawning time will depend very much on how warm the next few weeks are.

Apart from a trip to Waitrose and morning coffee with Ben, my day was spent at home, catching up with invoicing and working on a report that we need to finish by the end of the week. I also had a long chat with a friend and colleague in the Environment Agency about a possible project for next year - which all sounds very interesting...

We made a delicious home-made pizza for dinner tonight - our Valentine's Day celebrations are all happening tomorrow!
