Vacation to Scotland!

Hi all, i’m looking for that (in)famous crowd wisdom as I plan a Scottish vacation for two weeks in the 2nd half of June.

Any ideas welcome of what to do, see, eat, would be welcome! We love to just go explore and need not be very structured.
