Mink

Just pretend this is a soft watercolor. I was standing at my backdoor in a slight drizzle trying to catch some of the bird feeding frenzy, especially the hummingbirds, with fast speed and high ISO when this guy came by to have a drink in the little pond so didn't have a chance to change camera settings. But I've been trying for a photo of mink and at least we can see his face in this one (close behind the board on the wood chopping stump near the door) They roam the forest, the beach and swim to our dock -- sometimes when we go down to the dock, they race up the ramp, but I've not gotten a decent picture. They eat fish, rodents and birds. They do have nice looking thick fur!
