Today's the day ....................... that ended well

Think I'm going to draw a veil over today.

It didn't start very well with a computer malfunction that threatened to spew out 18,779 labels from the printer - unless someone did something quickly. It then progressed to a confrontation that I really don't want to have to think about.

There is, however, a ray of sunshine in this sorry tale because Paula and Gordon came over for a meal tonight. It was the first time we had all met - and yet it was as if we had known each other for ever.

Thank goodness for happy endings .....................
