David and Goliath

As we walked past one of the new developments in Linton this morning I was heartened to see this small bit of defiance.  

We need more housing I'm sure - but the developers responsible for the build on Bartlow Road are just doing whatever they want.  There has been no consideration on the impact for current residents of Bartlow Road and they have totally ignored agreements in place for the preservation of a hedgerow and two ancient horse chestnut trees which are now gone.

It's beyond frustrating.  It seems like money talks.  Hats off to the protester!
