Bee on gorse

Walked down for a haircut, walked back afterwards via the river path.  Glorious sunshine, birds singing, bees buzzing.  Was fortunate to spot, and be able to photograph, this bee on gorse.  Weather is forecast to deteriorate from tomorrow. 

Afterwards, spent a couple of hours .piecing the latest block.  Did not get around to tidying the pile of fabric - but will have to do it before choosing fabric for the next block - maybe tomorrow?
