Grey Heron
The young aggressive male was waiting for me in the water at the edge of the loch. I wondered why it was there rather than at the dovecote however I didn't have to wonder for long as all the crows grazing geese and the young male scattered as the woman with the out of control dog was back. The dog charged all the way down the hill ignoring the
woman. Eventually she moved on with her dog and everything returned to normal. There were 5 or 6 heron around today They all got a feed. This is the passive female.
The crows got their biscuits as usual.
