Sunshine!

Breakfast and chat with L and T at Mimi's Bakehouse, which was delicious, then off to work.

Spent a lovely afternoon with my charges, a friend and her charges, at our usual Friday afternoon haunt of Lauriston Castle.

What a difference from last week, where we had to shelter under the trees from the rain and hail.

I took 250 photos today, so it was bloody hard to pick one for my blip, but I opted for this one. Nice and simple, and shows off the 50mm depth of field beautifully. Still learning how to use it, but got some decent shots today, so am liking it more and more.

I noticed this daisy chain, draped over the back of the bench I was sitting on, in the wee memorial garden.
