Little Venice

I went to my daughters for lunch and afterwards we went for a walk along the canal to Little Venice and Paddington Basin. We have had such dull boring weather for the last two days it’s been hard to find something interesting to photograph.

The ducks and swans were arguing over territory on the island in the middle of Little Venice (extra) but the picture is of the blue Bridge and the Barge Cafe which looks more colourful.
The Grand Union Canal flows under this bridge into Little Venice where it ends and meets the Regents Canal which continues and flows through parts of north London.

The blue bridge in the extra is where Regents Canal leaves Little Venice on its journey towards Regents Park and Camden Town.
