Happy Birthday

To me!!! I was greeted to Stevie Wonder’s ‘Happy Birthday’ with singing and dancing round the kitchen when I appeared this morning. R had decorated the place with balloons, flags and streamers much to the delight of Calvin and Hobbs, who were doing their best to destroy them. 

We had a busy day doing a variety of things. Which included going out with R to look at tiles, carpets and other new home items, whilst S worked on the loft space. I adopted the electricians mate, and health and safety roles for him late afternoon to get jobs finished ready for returning to work tomorrow. 

R made us a wonderful dinner, experimenting with her new cooker and gear. She is delighted to be back to cooking with gas!!!
