Another Spring like day…..

with snow still streaking the mountains of Strathconon, a warm sun and no wind. All the birds were active, Kites sailing across, Longtailed tits in flocks feeding, Pinkfooted and Greylag geese in the fields, thinking about going north, Buzzards leaping out of low trees and Sparrowhawks making kamikaze flights across the road.
Walked across the fisherman’s footbridge and the river was raging down the falls below. Ground that is usually boggy was almost dry.
