This afternoon, I was greeted by one resident when I stopped by to visit another.
In the evening, I went with Eric to his Valentine's gig at a retirement center in Vancouver. Very well attended with so many couples leaning against each other, holding hands, little kisses, lots of dancing; was it the coming holiday, the candy, the music? There was a lot of it, with me in a chair by myself and Eric onstage. Oh well, we haven't danced together in so long, we'd have been pretty rusty.
On the drive home, we saw police cars everywhere, I bet we saw at least 20 of them. Then, we couldn't get to sleep for all the racing cars and motorcycles. Hadn't heard the racing for months. Did it start up because of the Super Bowl game coming up? What will happen when they have to race electric hot rods, I suppose they'll use fake noise makers, gotta have noise.
