Ed Balls’ Recipe
It’s my son-in-law’s birthday tomorrow so I decided to try out this recipe using double cream instead of margarine/butter in the sponge. I’d seen Ed Balls use it in a cookery competition on tv. It was certainly easy - but will it taste good? Hundred per cent sure boys will enjoy the little eggs and Peter’s ice cream from Inverallochy anyway.
