On the beach

Boulder Beach is one beach south of Lennox Head. There is an enjoyable walking track between the two. From the track I looked at a fallen tree stump that had washed up recently, thinking that it had a curious shape. Which, in close-up, turned out to be a Brahminy Kite. Probably an immature bird, given the brown colour on its belly. We often see them flying majestically around the area.
