Kataba At Work. Leitz Summitar 50mm

Today, I took my courage in both hands, grabbed the Kataba, and cut the big hard maple wrest plank out of the harpsichord.  It took precisely 20 minutes to saw through both sides, no muss, no fuss.  I am astounded how beautifully this saw does its work.  It doesn't wander, it doesn't bind in the cut, although there is almost no set to the teeth, and the cut is beautifully clean.  The patient is recovering well in ICU.  I'm reminded of Excalibur embedded in the rock.
