It takes a little time..

When you've been ill you want to be better immediately. 

And you don't. 

I'm back on the antibiotics.  I'm washed out.  

I'm so fed up of this. 

I want to do stuff,  i make an effort and then I'm washed out. 

I made it round the supermarket yesterday, but then i had to sit down for an hour.  I made it up to our allotment only for a walk, no work.   Exhausted with the effort.  Sat down for the rest of the evening
