Lincoln's Portrait

This life-size portrait of Abraham Lincoln is on loan to the National Portrait Gallery. He was 6'4" tall, the tallest of all the US presidents.  The painting is enormous! The extra is a plaster cast of his face taken three months before his murder. The cares of the Civil War look to have ravaged him.
