Makes it all worthwhile

It’s been tough going at school this last few months because of the Long Covid. Having so much time off always makes you feel like you are letting the kids down and that they think I’ll of you because of it.
At the beginning of the week I received a gift from one of my last years Year 13’s. This is the card she left with the gift. She’s gone off to train as teacher :-) The card brought a tear to my eye and it makes all the hard work worthwhile.
