Fragments

Cold, grey and damp here today but brightened by this wonderful patchwork window. I don't know anything of its history but it appears to me that fragments of stained glass - perhaps from windows broken during the Reformation or the Civil War - have been reformed to make a fascinating jumble of medieval glass, ancient yet modern.
