Today I visited the audiologist because I'm still having difficulty with my hearing aids, particularly the right one, which I find very difficult to insert.  He is going to have a new mold made for that aid; in the meantime I'll just wear the left one.  It's strange to have all the sound coming into one ear.

I stuck to my new rule and came straight home, rather than go on another errand.  I get tired so easily now.  I've hired a declutter/organizer to help me get my apartment in order for good; she'll be here for four hours tomorrow, with more sessions to follow.  With the refund I just got from the electric company, I can afford 15 hours of her service.  We can get a lot done with that kind of time.
