A World To Explore

Another family exploration day near Abercorn. In addition to a wander around the muddy shore of the Forth estuary, we took a woodland track that rewarded our bird-loving children with sightings of several new species they'd only seen in books. Goldfinch, Long-tailed Tit, Blackcap and Goldcrest.

Somehow, through parenthood, I'm rediscovering the joy of exploring the world.
