Emergency Rhubarb Blip

A funny old day…

Yesterday I loaded up my car with stuff to take to the tip….

This morning we tried to set off but the car wouldn’t start - flat battery, we haven’t used it since Boxing Day!

So I unloaded all the rubbish and we had to use Mrs madwill’s car to go shopping. When we got back I put the battery on charge and stashed all the rubbish back in the garage

Nipped out into the garden to grab a shot of the rhubarb shoots - this is natural growth, not forced!

Finally got my car going mid afternoon and we have come to Doncaster to collect our daughter’s dogs, they are coming to stay for a week while their humans are off to Disneyland for half term!

Friday night heading home back up the A1 should be fun!
