March bonheddig
March bonheddig ~ A noble steed
“rLung rTa—Wind Horse—is enjoyment. Enjoyment means to occasion or to engender joy. Joy is upliftedness – the natural response to phenomena and to being alive.”
― Ngakpa Chögyam and Khandro Déchen (from ‘Tracts of the Sun : An Earth Orbit of Vajrayana Expressions.’)

Cerddwn i i'r pentref y prynhawn 'ma i gasglu ein beiciau ar ôl eu gwasanaeth blynyddol. Dwy daith oedd hi, unwaith am feic Nor'dzin, unwaith am feic fi.
Roedd ceffylau ar y comin gyda cherti trotian. Roedd yn dda i weld nhw yna - roedd fel rhywbeth bendigedig o amser arall... Ond dydyn ni ddim yn meddwl y byddan ni'n cyfnewid ein beiciau a chael ceffylau yn lle hynny.

I walked to the village this afternoon to collect our bikes after their annual service. It was two trips, once for Nor'dzin's bike, once for my bike.
There were horses on the common with trotting carts. It was good to see them there - it was like something wonderful from another time... But we don't think we'll be exchanging our bikes and having horses instead.
