Not A Happy Birthday.

Today was Alexandra's birthday, but it hasn't been a happy day for her.

She went with her Dad back to the solicitor today.

We'd gathered all the information that they wanted, and had high hopes that they would be able to do something with it.

But because her husband wont give us his information or sign any documents, we seem to be powerless to do anything.

We'd already warned the solicitor that he'd probably do this, but they said we'll send him an official letter and see what he does.

So, we paid $3,500 for them to go ahead with this letter.  Now, they're telling us there is not much we can do if he refuses to co-operate.

Alexandra and I feel we've been ripped off.  My husband says we are giving in too easily, and we just have to go through the process.

Meantime, we have two little girls who are being ripped apart because their father won't be reasonable.

I feel so let down by our justice system.  There seems to be no common sense in any of this.
