Cool For Cats

After taking part in “Puss in Boots the Panto” a few weeks ago, I couldn’t resist the opportunity to see “Puss in Boots the movie” tonight. We’d come down to Chester today, ostensibly to see my sister on her birthday but, in reality we’ve got a weekend of concerts planned and a day trip to Liverpool tomorrow.
It wasn’t a bad film - plenty of humour and action. Ended with positive messages about families and friendship, so usual Dreamworks/Disney fare all round. A pleasant enough way of passing the evening, though I couldn’t help feeling that with this instalment, the bottom of the “Shrek Universe” barrel is close to being scraped!
