The geese are back

Lovely to get up this morning and not find everywhere frosty and having to defrost the car. It seems like it’s the season for roadworks at the moment, every Thursday when I return to work they have popped up in another location with the inevitable traffic lights and long queues. It’s a good job I’m never really in a rush.
When I pulled up outside the house this afternoon the Canadian geese were there to greet me. There was also a beautiful swan on the canal but the geese weren’t letting me anywhere near the water.
