Up, down & around

Up to Moulin this morning for my yoga class - it was especially relaxing today as we took our time to get into stretches. 

Down to the Bookshop the afternoon - we're all geared up for Winter Words which starts at the theatre tomorrow. We booked tickets for four talks which I'm looking forward to. I'll also be helping at the book shop stall. This was my last shift with MH as I'm dropping down to one s month as I need more time for my Gaelic course. 

Around this evening for a weekly mid-week wander. The weather was foul but we pressed on - such dedication.
