Evening colours

I quickly went to the Common when I saw the lovely colours and clouds this evening. I preferred these pastel colours to the more dramatic sky where the sun had set,
I love the quiet of sunsets.
Early this morning we had about fifteen minutes of rain, The roof repair team was supposed to be coming today but they phoned and cancelled due to the weather. Well, we had no more rain so they could have come. But, I had an appointment about fifteen kms away with the oral hygienist, and it was pouring with rain there. Hopefully they'll come tomorrow - it's a two day job. And our bathroom should be finished by the end of the week....but who knows!!
