The garden

Always find it hard this time of year,the daffs are on the turn and the pansies suffer from the rain.I really like white flowers too but any rain or frost turns the blooms brown.Not looking too bad this year, still developing the area.The pond has been in for nearly two years and we put in two raised beds last year.We have several good garden centres in the area and B & Q have some bargins.I managed to pick up two nice grasses for a pound just after Christmas and they are starting to green up.
The birds enjoy drinking and bathing in the pond.I was hoping for some frogs or newts this year but no luck so far.

Weather was hot for most of the day but clouded over mid afternoon,no wind.

Great spotted woodpecker in the garden and Oyster catchers in the field.
