Looking up

A chilly foggy start to the day, with the outside temp was showing -2'C, but think that away from the sheltered spot it was colder. The grass was white.

Had an Interval class this morning using the resistance band, only 45mins, but after gardening yesterday my arms felt it! 

My back also felt it this afternoon for todays blip!! Things we do for our art! In my study there is a ceiling light fitting incorporating a fan. One can either have fan or light or both, so both it was this meant to get the right angle I needed to be right underneath the light. I know there are Blippers out there asking why on earth didn't you use your tripod. Because I was being lazy. I promise my back I will next time ;-))
