Fit for Ambassadors

We visited the Real Alcazar today, the magnificent royal palace in Seville. The palace and gardens are  truly something to be seen, even if we only looked at a fraction of what was on offer. My Blip focuses on the ceiling of the Hall of the Ambassadors, absolutely breathtaking. A larger photo is in the extras, along with a couple of collages of sights within the palace and outside in the gardens (where more orange harvesting was happening), and also the Maria de Padilla underground bathing pool.

In the evening we went out for a lovely meal to continue the celebrations of my birthday. 

A beautiful day, despite the rain showers in the evening.
