Flowers On My Mind

My orchid.

The second time that any of my few orchids I ever had made a new flower stem, a bit thin and unbranched, but a stem with buds, however. I blipped this event here already a couple of weeks ago Jan 12th. The stem is still there. It will be exciting to see whether the flower buds will survive or the plant will give up and drop them at the last moment. That's what happened years ago to the orchid I had in the windowsill. The place was draughty, what was the reason to the misery, I guess. The orchid of today locates under the plant light and in a fairly even temperature. It's better to show me some gratitude for my notable effort;)
