Compost

A short stint in the garden this morning to try and reduce the number of bluebells in the border that are threatening to gradually overtake everything else. Some success but it’s very hard when they are intertwined in other plants. But at least it will keep them in check for now. Spread a bit of my home-made compost on the bed, but it doesn’t really decompose very well in my black bin - I probably don’t turn it enough and I think it gets too dry in the summer.

Then out to an Italian for lunch - very nice - then off to pottery for my class. We were making bowls this week, something I always enjoy.

And then the finale of Happy Valley, and what a good finale it was!
