………………………....….Caterpillar



A smallish caterpillar, one of a number I have safely in a butterfly castle away from the jaws of the Asian Paper Wasps and the South African Praying Mantis.

At present there are eleven chrysalis and seven large caterpillars hanging in the “J” shape preparing to transition into a chrysalis. The remaining caterpillars are munching there way through an amazing amount of swan plant leaves! See the extra collage.
