Thumbs Up

Ellie's fever broke during the night and she woke up with the news, "I am all better." She felt great and she ate a good breakfast before she went to preschool. 

Tuesday is swim lesson day and it went well so she gave me a thumbs up. I enjoy watching the class but it is frustrating that the time is so short. The approach is very laid back with a lot of praise for minimal progress. I hope it turns out well and that Ellie is a confident safe swimmer when we are done. In the extra photo, you can see her stretching to avoid water near her face. It is too bad the swim classes she started at 2 years old were interrupted by Covid; she had no fear of water and willingly jumped to us from the side of the pool.

Ellie got her new glasses today. I will get a photo of her in the new frames before school tomorrow.
