Twyford Wood

I drove up to Belton today to meet up with  my friend Sian. It was quite foggy on the M11 but cleared the further North I got resulting in a really sunny day. 
We had a great catch up, she had visited her son in Australia since we last met and she was showing me a few photos she had been on my  recommendation. One of these was St Kilda in Melbourne. It will be 5 years next month since I visited with friend and fellow Blipper A. 
I stopped at Twyford Wood on the way home. We used to visit this place as a family back in the day. It’s on the site of a former WW2 RAF base, the runways are still there together with remains of a few buildings
