Tiny snowdrops survivors

These don't really fit today's tiny Tuesday theme of "focus", unless you count the ones in the background which are decidedly out of focus. I wanted to blip these anyway as I was so pleased to find them struggling through the bark chipping left at the site of last year's lumberjack operations. I thought they had gone for good and they are at least tiny, even by snowdrop standards.

We've finally made some decisions today about what to do with the wilderness area left after all 18 of our giant trees were felled. They had to go, on the grounds that they were enormous and would have squashed the house if they came down in a strong wind.

We've even gone so far as to order two garden buildings. One is a small summerhouse so that we can hide from the rain and midges during our Scottish summer. The other is a potting shed with big windows, to double as a greenhouse and a garden tool store. We've spent all winter wondering What sort of building would perform both functions but I had a lightbulb moment this morning and realised that at the 'Extended January Sale' prices we could have both. There will be endless BLIP opportunities as we work out how to get the ground level and actually build them. It may take some time.
