Street shot.

This guy is heating up the coals that wil go under the table to cook the food at Hotpot. The4 setup is amazing to me..

The 'pot' (which is glowing) where the coals are, is made from an old gas cylinder. THere is a fan blowing air into the bottom of it. The guy has gauze on the top to stop too many sparks from flying off.. Behind the 'pot' are the smaller pots in which the coals are put to take to the tables. He has tongs to lift the hpot coals out and surp[risingly is wearing gloves, although I doubt that they are heatproof.
