Old Skool

It was a nice mild sunny morning so I took H round the Murieston Trail for the first time in ages! In the winter it’s not that appealing as gets quite dirty and no lights.  

The alternative routes are much more appealing.  It was nice to walk this r on te again. A nice 5K walk in and out if the water.  

As I was meant to be flying to Copenhagen today, I purposely haven’t updated my teams calendar meaning I should get peace to catch up with a few projects.  

Got badminton with the lads tonight. Last night with L was just a warmup.
