I wasn't sure whether this morning's sauna would invigorate or fatigue me. The former is the answer.
So we headed West, a beautiful day. The only disappointment was the lack if custard creams with my coffee in Nolan's in Rosscarbery. I have somebody on the job to make sure it doesn't happen again! The toasted special didn't disappoint.
