Artichoke

Well it’s actually an Artichoke flower and honestly, I prefer this to the artichoke I harvested from the plant and tried to cook myself.  Much easier opening a jar of them, for my money :0). The veggie patch is going great guns and we harvest from it every day.  So wonderful to be able to spend 5 minutes down there and then come back to the kitchen and prepare.  So, so fresh.
