It's Art.....This is set in the War Memorial area  of Wellington  city and was built in 2009,  It's an intriguing open house wall and with the morning sun behind it we thought it looked great.The Area was created years ago by building a tunnel for the road so its in the city but totally. pedestrian as all the traffic runs underneath.  This is on the outskirts and has a road beside it.
