5 Go To Harewood

We've had a visitor from Denmark with us at work this week and this evening, 4 of us took her out to Harewood House for a "Museums at Night" event and very lovely it was too.

Glorious evening, wine and antipasti on the terrace overlooking the gardens and Capability Brown landscape; mooch around the house; listening to a lady play the Steinway piano; sniggering at the statues with rude dangly man-bits; feeling like a muppet for leaving both cameras at home especially when a red kite flew overhead almost at touching distance.

All in a all, a lovely evening :-)
