How appropriate that the solar prayer wheel started to rotate when I was sitting down. The sun had past round a neighbour's house & caught it briefly this morning.

I'd heard news of terrible the earthquake & aftershocks then another large earthquake in Turkey also affecting Syria & Lebanon.

I was catching up paperwork but thinking about the news.

I have a Dr's Appmt this afternoon put off being unwell seeking help for too long. Will feel strange going to the Practice after all this time over last few years with only a few phone calls & a visit.
