Sheringham

I’m posting early today as, as the day’s gone on, I’m feeling more and more nauseous. My IBS is worse at the moment, that’s why I’m trying hypnotherapy on Friday. I was in Sheringham first thing for an Optician appointment, my 2nd pair of glasses is now having its prescription changed after being incorrect when purchased. Isn’t it so terrible about the earthquake in Turkey and Syria, I’ve just donated to the British Red Cross appeal.
